Sooner or Later was the last song I wrote and added to the album.
Sooner or Later was written for so many of my girlfriends primarily, and some of my male friends. Some of the stories that have been shared with me made me wonder how a person could come through such intense experiences, but they do. This is my love song to and for them!
It has been said 1 out of 3 women will be sexually assaulted in their lifetime. A lifetime!! So inexcusable! Unfortunately many women I know have already had such an experience.
We're coming into an age where women are speaking out about it. The backlash is there but the courage is stronger! Sooner or Later has become now!
Thank you to all of you had the courage to share your story with me. I hope you don't mind that I put down the words in a song.
